You are how you eat - Epicure - theage.com.au
I thought this article was a bit lightweight at first, but when you think about it, we do all have an eating strategy which borders on obsessive.
Especially when you read this, What Your Food Rules Say About You
So are you;
A Mixer who mixes your food on your fork?
A Segregationist who only eats one type of food at a time?
Do you eat your favourite bit first or save it until last?
Do you clean your plate or always leave something there?
It made me think about my eating habits.
Well firstly, I'm a grazer. I eat all day and night.
I tend to have a small amount of veg first and then go for the meat, the best bit, and then have most of the rest of the veg, and finish off with the meat, and if I'm not too full scoff any remaining bits of veg!
I'm certainly never ever a mixer on the fork, I segregate, I have the favourite in the middle or at the end, I clean the plate, and I don't tend to leave "The Handle" unless it's something like an apple core.
Interesting when you think about it.
