Great tips above, I would also add
1) eat more steam food
2) have 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate portions only) to keep the body satisfied.
3) if you have cravings drink water
4) And exercise regularly, 3-4 times a week.

Fat loss for idiots

I agree to with last comment. Eat less by eating more with 1 plate portions does help and controls the cravings!
