One of my podcast ideas is, The Nutter on the Street!
Go interview The Nutter on the Street.
Instead of going in the celeb direction or internet/tech celebrities,
go interview the nutter on the street. Ordinary people.
Every day travelling into the city, I see some normal, and some not so normal people!
They must have a great story to tell. The Big Issue
sellers. The down and outs. The strangely dressed.
There is one guy who stands outside ANZ Bank some days, claiming world
conspiracy. He's fascinating.
I love Parky/Harty/Denton/Norton. But I can't stand the Sullivan/Carson/Letterman/Leno/O'Brien/Rove formula.
You should have all died with when Larry Sanders took over.
Last week there was a fight on the trainline I take to work. I wasn't there. But I'll bet 50/50 I know which guy hit someone for staring at him. I'd love to interview him. On second thoughts.....
It's the ordinary people who have a story to tell. Who cares what Brad Pitt has to say on Iraq, or how Madonna feels about Kabbala.
Hugh is on to something. It's something many of us have thought about for many years. Ordinary people. And that doesn't mean Big Brother contestants!!
