This is my dilemma.
If you try too hard to change a culture, and use training to do it, you end up like the cartoon.
How do you genuinely change something so that it doesn't appear (or is) false.
The was the problem I had with the FISH video. At best it might be ok for the Seattle Fish Market people to behave this way (I have my doubts) but to then attempt to copy it and change it into management speak just doesn't sit easy with me.
And Scott Adams puts it much better in his cartoon. People can smell rotting FISH!!
The trouble is, I don't have a better solution right now.
