Heart Surgeons are Liars?

Really? Lord knows I've got it in for doctors who don't think and blindly dish out the pills and X-Rays, but I'd have thought on the physical stuff, doctors and medicine are good.
What does Dr Nortin Hadler mean when he says heart by-pass surgery doesn't work.
Does he mean the symptoms return and the added veins and arteries also get clogged?

There's still a mystery as to why arteries clog up.

Me, I tend to favour the radical theory that medical X-Rays cause coronary heart disease in many cases.
